Life today is often stressful and can leave us feeling rushed. It's important to find ways to reconnect with ourselves. When we feel centred, we handle life in a new way. Reiki can support this process.
Reiki treatments help clear your energy and boost self-awareness. You can use this awareness in your daily life. Whether you are going through tough times or feeling good, Reiki has something to offer everyone.
People try Reiki for many reasons. Some want more energy. Others hope to lower stress, recover from burnout, or cope better with changes. Some feel stuck and want to move forward. Others look for a spiritual connection or deeper meaning. Many clients already feel well and want to keep it that way. Reiki helps them stay balanced and handle life with strength and resilience.I have shared Reiki with many people and seen a wide range of experiences. Some have said, ‘I couldn’t imagine my life without Reiki.’ Others hope to keep this peaceful feeling forever. Many have told me, ‘I feel like myself again, only better.’ Finding inner balance has helped them manage stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and infertility.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. I will channel the Reiki healing energy to help the body relax and find balance. In a session, my hands will gently touch your body. You might feel a tingling throughout your body, feel heat, or see colours or images, all of which are normal during a Reiki session. A typical session lasts about an hour. You stay fully clothed and lie down on a treatment table during a session.
